Well, yes and no :-), depending on the point of view. I was thinking of:
Newuser> "Yes, Debian computers are cool, but its documentation is weird."
or
Reviewer> "Unlike Redhat, Debian still includes some outdated LDP documents."
but then,

To give a perspective of how weird my opinions are, I loved the potato
installer (at that time), and I still think dselect is friendly.

Agreed.
This is at best an after sarge issue, and shouldn't divert your
excellent efforts. Maybe the old documents aren't that big of a
deal anyway.
