[Pkg-doc-linux-devel] Bug#233784: doc-linux-html: [Hardware] Should licence information in HTML version, too

The Hardware-HOWTO contains the licence information (GPL) only in the text 
version which I find rather weird. Filing this bug as a reminder that I
want to ask its author about it.
