I haven't had a chance to build, install, and test the package. The diff
looks fine, though, and I agree that CC-Attribution-ShareAlike-1.0 is
free.

In that case it doesn't seem worth bothering. It can be uploaded with
the -v option to dpkg-buildpackage to include intervening changelog
entries the next time there's a substantive change.
