The URLs with tuxedo.org should be updated. For instance, in

  /usr/share/doc/HOWTO/en-html/Text-Terminal-HOWTO-15.html

"http://www.tuxedo.org/terminfo/" should be replaced by
"http://www.catb.org/terminfo/".

THis bug should have been closed with the latest doc-linux upload but I
used a wrong bug number in the changelog entry:

* In the DocBook-Demystification-HOWTO the tuxedo.org link was
     changed to catb.org
