[Pkg-doc-linux-devel] An Unfree Version of Finnish HOWTO in doc-linux-html

Hello, 

I'm the author of Finnish Linux HOWTO and a dormant Debian developer.
I've noticed that GFDL is considered non-compatible with DFSG and the
old version of Finnish HOWTO that TLDP has (I've sent them new versions
but for some reason there's still an old version) is licensed under
GFDL. 

I published today Finnish HOWTO 2.0.29 which is dual licensed the other
license being GPL 2 or any later version. That should be ok with Debian,
I hope.

everybody else right to distrubute all versions over 2.0.0 under GPL 2.
