I've not set up a repository for drupal packages for etch, but it  
would be trivial and we could surely use a service like backports.org.

Inclusion of drupal in etch has already been asked, you can read the  
thread starting at

   http://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2007/01/msg01223.html

Sadly, releasers don't trust neither me nor this group to keep up  
with drupal maintainance, but this won't keep us from trying to show  
how they're wrong. :-)
