Hi,

I've been lurking here for a while... Allow me to jump in

Do you need to make this a hard dependency? I can understand that you
want to make it work out of the box, but I use a totally different setup
where no procmail is installed (maildrop instead) and there's no
delivery agent (all use --stdout) and I'd hate to have to install
procmail on that server just to satisfy the dependency.
