[Pkg-dspam-misc] debian/changelog

Hi,

Do we really need to add things to the changelog file before releasing
it to the debian archive ?

There is at the moment no installed package of dspam in the archive so I
don't really see the need for a debian/changelog with 3 versions. Also
because we have svn and that has all the features to see what happened
on a particular svn revision.
