[Pkg-dspam-misc] dbconfig common and dspam backend mysql / postgresql.

Hi,

In the last commit I added add-config-dir patch and edited the postinst/
prerm and postrm scripts to take advantage of this feature.

Now that I was testing the installation of for example the mysql backend
then fails dbconfig-common somehow to configure my database. (It didn't
ask me where to find the database server) Probably this is some black
magic in dbconfig-common but I couldn't find it.

Probably the dbconfig-common maintainer can help in this case.

Cc'ing the dbconfig-common maintainer

Regards,

Matthijs Mohlmann
