[Pkg-dspam-misc] Upload of dspam ?

Hi,

I think it's time to upload dspam. I fixed the last issues around the
config options and everything should work fine now. People please test
the packages and look if everything is ok.

Anyways, package is lintian/linda clean, it installs ok, it removes ok.

I am about to write a patch for dbconfig so that the _DBC_DBSERVER_ and
_DB_DBPORT_ are replaced by the default values. But I am not ready with
that yet.

PS: What's a good release name for the first time dspam enters debian ?
