[Pkg-dspam-misc] Some issues with the current release

Hi,

I just tried out the current release.

* The database config with mysql works fine now. Very cool.
* I found out (by accident), that the package works with the new
  dspam-3.6.1 source, too. So probably, we should update the changelog
  and control accordingly. If noone complains until tomorrow evening,
  I'll do that.
* I think, there is still a problem with the config-splitting mechanism.
  It applies the patch and creates /etc/dspam/dspam.d, but the config
  file is not split. IT is just /etc/dspam.conf. - Or is that just not
  yet done?
