[Pkg-dspam-misc] Splitting of the config again

Hi,

I tried the latest relase (56) with dspam 3.6.2.
It creates the /etc/dspam.d directory and puts an include line at the
end of /etc/dspam.conf
but libdspam7-drv-mysql does not put its config file in
/etc/dspam/dspam.d
Shouldn't it do that?
