We could put only the debian/ directory in our CVS too. Moreover, there
also is a "cvs-buildpackage" package. We don't need to use more than one
repository since pkg-dspam aims to federate out different works.

As I said, I will never upload anything on a private repository but
mine. I may upload to Alioth, though.
