[Pkg-dspam-misc] not reading files that aren't permitted?

Hi,

After setting up dspam now I realise that the dspam client needs to
access the config files and segfaults if it cannot. But the config file
contains the database password, so I wouldn't like to make the config
world readable. Now, due to the way I have this set up, I need to call
dspamc from regular users.

It'd be a nice and easy feature if included files were just skipped if
they could not be read, that way I could just put the database
configuration into a file that wasn't world-readable.

I can provide a patch if wanted.

Thanks,
johannes
