[Pkg-dspam-misc] Should the cgi be installed in /srv/www?

FYI, I have just asked apache maintainers to change to the default doc
root to /srv/www:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=542950

If that happens, we will be able to move files to /srv/www/dspam
