[Pkg-dspam-misc] Bug#522645: NMU uploaded

Hi,

I decided to uploaded an NMU of your package. My sponsorship offer for
an updated dspam package still applies, but I wanted to get rid of
this (hopefully last) dependency of the old mysql-packages.

Please see this as help to get the package into a releaseable condition again.
