[Pkg-dspam-misc] Updating the Debian pkg-dspam uploaders

Dear pkg-dspam maintainer,

We are attempting to re-invigorate the project, now that the upstream
situation has resolved, and they are issuing stable releases once more.

One of my tasks is to determine which of you are interested in
continuing to develop the debian dspam packaging.

Julien Valroff has been preparing a package for upload to experimental,
and I'm in the process of fixing a couple of rc bugs in 3.6.8, currently
in unstable (though removed from testing some time ago).

If you can continue to support pkg-dspam, please let us know that you
would like to remain in the uploaders list.  Also, please indicate
whether you can sponsor dspam uploads.

If you should need drop out for now, we thank you for all your hard
work.  Naturally, we would be delighted to have you return at any future
time.  (But we hope you will stay with us!)
