[Pkg-dspam-misc] experimental branch to be moved to trunk

Hi,

Matthijs and I have agreed that the current experimental branch will be
moved to trunk if there is no objection within the next few days.

We will then check and review the source package in view of an upload to
unstable.

If the 3.9.1 version isn't released by this time, we will upload a
snapshot of the current git head, which fixes a lot bugs of the 3.9.1
first beta release.
The current stable release (3.9.0) is known to contain major bugs now
fixes in git.

I look forward to reading your comments on the above plans.
