[Pkg-dspam-misc] Switch to git?

Hi,

Would you all agree to switch the existing svn repository to git?

If so, would an administrator of the project accept to create an empty
git repository? I would then be able to transfer the whole SVN stuff
(including tags/history...).

It would make sense as it would allow us to actively (and easily) work
on different branches etc. It would also make us use the same tool as
upstream.
