[Pkg-dspam-misc] Jesus Climent is inactive

Dear developers,

I recently had a conversation with Jesus Climent. He explained that he's
inactive for the time being and will be for a while due to personal
reasons. He is still interested in Debian and the packages he maintains
in general but can't keep up with the work. We agreed to RFA the
packages he maintains alone.

Now, for the other packages you are listed as co-maintainers. We do not
request you to simply remove him from the uploaders list except you
consider it better/necessary/whatever. But please bear in mind that you
might have to step in as maintainer if Jesus did most of the work so
far. If you can't do that, consider setting the package RFA as well. In
that case we request you to (X-Debbugs-)CC mia at qa.debian.org and
mooch at debian.org.

Please coordinate with other co-maintainers to the best of the packages.
Thank you for your attention and happy hacking!

Hauke
on behalf of Debian QA/MIA
