[Pkg-emboss-devel] Bug#435232: debian/control: missing version information for emboss-lib ?!?

Hello Charles,

I was asked to update the emboss-lib package. Should this possibly
receive the same constraint in debian/control that the suggested
emboss-doc package gets, namely to have the exact same version as
the emboss package itself?
