[Pkg-emboss-devel] Bug#427439: emboss: Binary name clash with other programs.

EMBOSS contains files with similar name to programs installed by other
pacakges. (Thanks to Aaron M. Ucko for reporting).

As explained in the following email, the plan is to ping the
maintainer by private emain, then on -devel, and then by filing
serious bugs against their pacakges. If they answer, we will rename
the file in /usr/bin and provide it under its original name in
/usr/lib/emboss. If they do not answer, I will ask for the removal of
their pacakge.
