Hi David,

I just commited changes to emboss-explorer. In summary, I included
static versions of the manpages, used the -X option of dh_fixperms to
keep the ownership of www-data to /var/www/emboss-explorer/output, and
removed two instructions which were trying to do things with
do_cleanup.sh, which was previously deleted.

In addition, I made debian/emboss-explorer the build directory instead
of debian/tmp. It resulted in big differences in the diff for no
practical advantage. It is just that did not expect to have so much to
make, and that I was a bit lazy to go back.

After you review the changes, I think that it would be time to ask for a
sponsor on debian-med at l.d.o. The current version of emboss-explorer can
not enter in testing because it was blocked by the release team ; it
seems that the simplest way to solve this is to upload an update!
