[Pkg-escience-soc2009] Debian packages for VMBuilder

Hello,

I was kindly asking if David would mind if I add what is missing to get Debian packages
built from the debian folder that is in the trunk, but then could not resist to go for it.

And even if it is not liked and removed, it was good to find Bug#533758 in python-central.

The package can be built. And it is reasonably lintian-clean for a first shot. Is there an
ITP to close, btw?

I tried running it with virtualbox (vbox) but apparently the disk was not created...and
the success of the creation not checked by the script.

David, I hope you appreciate my commits, amend/delete them if not. When you find the
moments to go for it, please consider to add a page to wiki.debian.org to describe the
install process of it all.
