[pkg-eucalyptus-maintainers] Bug#576379: euca2ools: does not read $HOME/.eucarc

Currently euca2ools does not read the $HOME/.eucarc file that it is supposed
to. This is described in the Ubuntu bug tracker at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/eucalyptus/+bug/524652. It is easy to fix with
the information provided there, just modifying one line in the euca2ools
module source file.
