[pkg-eucalyptus-maintainers] GWT2 packaging

Dear all,

Please find attached a patch against the current packaging svn
svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-eucalyptus/gwt/trunk .

It make it possible to build gwt-dev.jar .

I'll continue working towards building gwt-user.jar (when I get the
chance), but I wanted to share my work in case people were tackling
the issue.
