[pkg-eucalyptus-maintainers] Request for review: jetty8

Hello,

my key situation has not yet changed, Charles, could you please go for it? Brian is a Debian Maintainer by now, I may have forgotten to add the DMUA flag or it may be an older package he is addressing.
