I think we have upstream reasonably close to us, so I am confident to have a steady stream of updates with us for the future. Experimental could be somthing worthwhile to investigate, but we would want such experiments for Squeeze as well. This is beyond what we have time for, I think, but upstream has all that, I am sure.

Upstream, i.e. Brian, now uses the regular Debian source code repositories to keep pkg-java packages compatible. I am not completely sure atm that we have reached the state that Debian packages are fully identical to what Eucalyptus offers for Debian directly. If not, this should happen soon. And when this is reached, maybe for experimental bits we should just refer to the repositories at Eucalyptus.
