[pkg-eucalyptus-maintainers] Changes to gwt package

Hi,

I pushed a branch thkoch_patches to the gwt repo at 
http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-java/gwt.git
Please be so kind to review and probably apply and upload my changes.

I'm sorry for putting them all in one commit but somehow everything depended 
on everything else.

I wrote the binary dependencies in debian/control verbatim. The maven-{debian|
repo}-helper tools are totaly broken and I'm working to get them right.

When building the package, dpkg-source complains that it can't unapply a 
patch:

Could you please be so kind and review the build-with-jdt3* patches? Maybe 
those patches might better be merged in one patch?
