So far its just a new version of the same libraries, compared to the old
packages. It's taken a lot of work behind the scenes to get it uploaded,
but it still lacks much of the bits that are interesting to users in
terms of tools for developing with gwt. So far its just a library that
can be used to build other packages that need it.

Having said that, I'm glad that sablecc and jsilver got in finally, and
I was able to make an upload on that. I hadn't really expected to see
them today.
