wss4j 1.6.x has significant differences [1] with the 1.5.x line used by
Eucalyptus. This will require a thorough validation, we can't do that at
the Debian level, upstream should be involved.

All Java libraries are welcome under the Java Team umbrella. I think
it's the best solution to ensure the consistency across these packages
and coordinate upgrades.
