[pkg-eucalyptus-maintainers] SableCC needs updating

I agree. I thought it was a little unusual to see sablecc, of general
interest, be in the eucalyptus team, but I understand there may have been a
use for it.

What help do you need?

I'm happy for it to be under pkg-java, but the decision isn't up to me of
course. I'm cyphermox-guest on Alioth if you want to add me to the team.

My goal for this proposed debdiff was to get the updated version in Debian,
since apparently 3.2 has some bad (but fortunately hard to hit) bug
according to upstream, and then sync it to Ubuntu, to avoid introducing
unnecessary delta.
