[pkg-eucalyptus-maintainers] Bug#856675: euca2ools: Please remove me from uploaders list

As title says.

I used the package in the past and I had some interest on it, but I
never really worked on its maintenance since Charles has done a good job
during all these years.

It's unlikely I get more involved in the maintenance of this package
in future release cycles.
