[Evolution] Bug#340184: Missing build-depend on gtkhtml3.8

Hi,

  As the subject says, evolution misses a build-depend on gtkhtml3.8.. 
  Evolution fails to build without it because it's missing
  /usr/share/gtkhtml-3.8/Editor.idl
