[Evolution] Bug#333054: Creating contact list crashes evolution

Attempting to create a contact list in evolution results in evolution
crashing. After adding an email address to the list and clicking OK in
the list dialog box, an error window appears saying:

	The Application "evolution" has quit unexpectedly.

	You can inform the developers of what happened to help them fix
	it. Or you can restart the application right now.

Running evolution in a console window shows that, when the contact list
creation dialog is started, the following message appears in the console
window:

	(evolution:24193): libebook-CRITICAL **: e_contact_get_const:
	assertion `field_id >= 1 && field_id <=
	E_CONTACT_LAST_SIMPLE_STRING' failed
