[Evolution] Bug#335573: evolution: Encrypt replies to encrypted mails by default

If I reply to a mail that I got encrypted, I usually want to send that reply
encryped, so it would be nice if Evolution did this by default.

Evolution's pretty transparent decryption of mails creates the risk of not
being aware that the mail was encrypted and quoting a part of that mail in an
unencrypted reply.
