[Evolution] Bug#362562: bogofilter plugin for evolution

I think Evolution needs this plugin, bogofilter integrates with evo2.6
pretty well (at least in Dapper) and i think it works better than
spamassassin for a desktop user. Looks like the patch above is applied
in the Dapper package.
