[Evolution] Please hint evolution 2.6.3-3 and evolution-data-server 1.6.3-3 into testing

Please hint evolution 2.6.3-3 and evolution-data-server 1.6.3-3 for
migration to testing. Both uploads were done prior to the freeze. The
uploads fix one crasher and document a workaround for a bug that would
potentialy be RC if not documented.

Summary of changes:
*One-liner fix for crasher bug with severity normal
*Mailbox summary corruption documented in README.Debian
*Common harmless network-manager error messages documented in
README.Debian
*Drop hal+nm dep on !Linux arch
*Remove libusb-dev because it's not used directly and now required by
libpisock-dev and libgnome-pilot2-dev
