[Evolution] Bug#354578: evolution-data-server: Please rebuild with libnss3-dev and libnspr4-dev (and evolution, too).

Since libxul-dev indirectly conflicts with libnspr4, gnome uses
libedataserver everywhere, and libedataserver depends on libnspr4, it is
currently impossible to rebuild any package that uses xulrunner on a system
that has gnome installed [and they're not autobuilding either :( ]. So,
please make evolution-data-server and its siblings (build-)depend on the
new versions of libnss/nspr(-dev).
