[Evolution] Bug#379529: Evolution does not allow snooze for N hours 0 minutes

When you get an appointment reminder, you have the option of choosing
"snooze" to dismiss the reminder but get another reminder after some
amount of time.  The reminder dialog includes two input fields with
up/down arrows, one for hours and one for minutes.  Evolution does not
allow setting the minutes to 0, even with a non-zero number of hours
set; this prevents snoozing an appointment for exactly some number of hours.
