[Evolution] Bug#374554: evolution: Cannot create new folder in a maildir

Some extra information I just discovered on the console from which I
started evolution:

        felix at Buratino:~$ LANG= evolution
        CalDAV Eplugin starting up ...
        libnm_glib_nm_state_cb: dbus returned an error.
          (org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown) The name org.freedesktop.NetworkManager was not provided by any .service files
        DEBUG: Archiv/debian/Bugs/Launchpad (maildir:/home/felix/mail#Archiv/debian/Bugs/Launchpad)
