[Evolution] Bug#169601: you must have esd running before starting evolution

Hello,

I also had no audible new mail notification for a long time. However, my
Evolution 2.4.2.1 now works. It's linked against libesd0, so it uses esd
(the sound server used in GNOME). I don't use neither full GNOME nor
full KDE, so I have to start "esd &" before I start evolution. If you
try this, be sure to kill all evolution processes before starting esd -
if something like /usr/lib/evolution/2.4/evolution-alarm-notify is still
running when you start esd, you're likely not to get any sound.

HTH,
Viktor.
