We are just getting started :)

ubuntu is shipping the exact same patch as us, and I don't know if they've had any 
problems relating to exchange.

Based on the feedback in the upstream-bug (#222423), I intend to remove the patch all-together 
and close this bug in the next upload. If someone get it 100% working again, or accepted upstream
(maybe in a plugin, as suggested in the gnome-bug), we'll see about putting the functionality back again.
