[Evolution] Bug#347721: UTF-8 and imap-folders

Hello :)

I would just like anyone who's experienced problems with utf8-characters
in imap-folders, to 
give the packages that will hit the mirrors tonight a try (evolution
1.4.2.1-2 & e-d-s 1.4.2.1-2).

I've now included the upstream-patch for this bug since I've got reports
that it will fix some cases of this bug. 

However, I won't close the bug yet, as I know there could also be
situations where the patch doesn't fix it.

I'd appreciate it, If you all could check the new version, and give your
feedback to the bug# on how it works for you. (more detailed feedback
like variants of folder-names which work/don't work and similar is
greatly appreciated)
