[Evolution] libXcursor.la problems with evolution

In the build logs for evolution, there are errors about missing
libXcursor.la for s390 and arm. To my knowledge, the only build-dep in
evolution infected by the libXcursor.la "disease" was libgail-dev. Am I
wrong, are there more problematic packages for s390 and arm, or are
there some binNMU still pending for these archs?
