[Evolution] Bug#286868: evolution: Evolution crashes when trying to save an isolated OpenPGP signature

I found a message where the signature was described as "detached" in
evolution. In addition, it said "Unsupported signature format" on top of
the body. The user-agent of the mailer was Gnus. It had two signatures
nested actually. The innermost one could be saved without crash. The
outtermost only had the yellow or red box below. I tried to clock down
my CPU to 333Mhz and go with a _very_ slow keyserver. When it was
waiting for the keyserver, I could not view the message. It just said
something like "verifying signature.." in the status bar.

If you want to, I can send you the message I tried with, and you can try
to reproduce.

It looks like this crash is extremely rare, especially if don't have a
slow system or so. I'm a bit tempted to downgrade severity one more
level, but I'll leave it. It would have been able to backtrace it
though!

Cheers,
Øystein
