[Evolution] Bug#387181: same problem here

I've got exactly the same problem. I've got the same version of
Evolution and my locale is fi_FI.UTF-8 too.

I figured out that if I manually enter time in format HH:MM, Evolution
accepts it. The format Evolution itself proposes for time (and the
correct format for this locale) is HH.MM.

Entering the times manually is annoying. Also, if I modify anything in
an existing calendar entry, the times change to locale format and I have
to re-enter the them every time.
