[Evolution] evolution-exchange package

the package 2.6.3-1+b1 named evolution-exchange included on testing now,
is worng becose when I keep evolution open for more than 30 minutes the
folder of exchange is not updated, but on the package 2.6.3.dfsg-1
included on unstable is working fine, I tell you that to incentive you
to put this package on testing before testing will be stable.
