[Evolution] Bug#395972: evolution: can't filter mail into Junk folder

I can't filter mail into my Junk folder. I should be able too; one of my
email sources handily puts a header that means "we think this is spam"
and I want to send such messages into the Junk folder, but there ain't
no way.  I have to annoyingly have the sent to a different folder
instead and delete them from there.
