I also see this bug since I upgraded from 2.6.2-4. I'm running Evolution
with the Exchange connector, too. (The symptoms are the same: only the
folder tree view is updated on new mail/deleting/moving mail, but not
the mailbox display pane.)
I'm not 100% sure, but a similar problem existed in some prior version
of Evolution (I can't recall the version number, but it was this year in
testing), that somehow got fixed.
